Water and energy saving · hygiene · sustainability

We save water and energy in your existing building — without changing the comfort.

At many outlets more water flows than the same service would need — and because the water and heating bill does not separate it out, nobody notices. An audit shows what potential your building has; the change achieved we then evidence by measurement.

In our case-study buildings we measured water savings of 13.65–24.5 %.

How it works

From audit to an evidenced saving

We keep the whole chain under one roof — the audit, supply of certified R.C. Mannesmann technology, the fitting and the subsequent measurement of savings. First we establish where and how your building can genuinely save — then we design, fit and evidence the result.

01

Audit

We collect data in our own application reAUDIT — you order the scope you need: a basic assessment, a plumbing survey, or measurement of pressures and consumption.

02

Design

Which products go where for optimal function and long service life, plus a saving calculation and a quotation.

03

Installation

Supply and professional fitting of the right technology from across our range.

04

Reporting

Evidenced savings (cost · m³ · kWh · CO₂) — material for a report, for certification and for warranty claims.

We don't promise, we measure

We don't promise percentages off a leaflet.

Water and heat have been getting dearer across Europe. How much, in your market and from which source, is set out in our price overview — national figures, not ours, with the method written down. Consumption you cut straight away, with no building work. We measure the flow at every draw-off point before fitting and after, and hand you the difference in a report. The expected saving we calculate in advance (an estimate); the actual saving we evidence by measurement. How the prices moved →

Basin tap · EN 246 → Full Comfort
Before
9 l/min
After
3.6 l/min
Shower tap · per EN 1112
Before
12 l/min
After
7 l/min

Before = the lowest flow class the European product standards recognise: for a basin tap, class Z under EN 246 (aerators without a flow regulator, measured at 3 bar); for a shower tap, the lower bound of class A under EN 1112. The aerator or shower head actually fitted is usually of a higher class — which one, we establish by measurement during the audit. After = the flow once a regulator is fitted, with comfort preserved. For basins this is the Full Comfort range: an average flow of 3.6 l/min that never exceeds 4 l/min; under EN 246 a regulated flow stays constant from 2 to 5 bar. The shower flow of 7 l/min corresponds to class ZZ under EN 1112. For nurseries, kindergartens and hotels we choose a higher target flow. The actual figures we measure at every draw-off point in your own building.

Every figure is evidenced by measurement at a signed case study. These projects are in Czechia. The saving for your own building we calculate by audit (an estimate) and then evidence by measurement.

Why it matters

Data for your ESG report, certification and ISO 50001

We don't deliver the water and energy saving only as an operating benefit — we deliver it as data you can evidence and put into your reporting and certifications. rewater is your enabler, not your certifier.
