An enabler, not a certifier

Savings you can put straight into a report or a certification.

We do not just lower the bill — we supply quantified, evidenced figures (m³, kWh, currency, CO₂) that go straight into your ESG report, a building-certification application or ISO 50001.

I am dealing with…

The three commonest triggers

Whatever brought you here, the output is the same — figures that hold up.

ESG / CSRD

Sustainability report

Water saving (ESRS E3) and energy/CO₂ (E1) as input to the report of the company or its owner.

BREEAM / LEED

Building certification

Water-saving credits — we supply product documentation and the measured savings for the building assessment. A frequent trigger for enquiries, especially from hotels.

ISO 50001

Energy management

Energy saved on water heating as a measure; the measured audit gives baseline and M&V.

FrameworkWhere it belongsWhat rewater supplies
ESG / CSRD → ESRSE1 (climate/energy), E3 (water)quantified water, energy and CO₂ savings for the report
ESG / CSRD → ESRSE5 (resources and circular economy)retrofit as a measure extending the life of the taps — text for E5-2, without a figure
Building certificationBREEAM (Wat), LEED (Water Efficiency), WELL, DGNBtechnical data and measured savings for water-saving credits
ISO 50001energy management (EnMS)a measure plus the measured audit — baseline and M&V
Zelený nákup (GPP)the contracting authority's tender documentsdocumentation proving the efficiency parameter even without an ecolabel — procurement rules expressly allow other appropriate evidence where the supplier cannot obtain the label itself
A note on wording: we say "compatible with / material for credits", not "we will certify the building for you". The exact ESRS data points and BREEAM/LEED credit counts we verify case by case.
Where the CO₂ comes from: the emissions saved do not come from the water but from the fuel used to heat it. Cold water contributes only marginally to the emissions balance — so we always report the saving together with the energy used for heating and with the heat source in your building. Without that the figure could not be checked.
On the E5 line: we describe the measure but nevyčíslujeme "waste avoided" in kilograms or tonnes — there is no accepted methodology for it. For the report we therefore supply a description of the intervention and the weights that can actually be weighed, not a derived figure.
Where the data comes from

Compliance-ready data comes out of the audit

A consumption audit and an installation with before/after measurement produce figures you put straight into the report or the application. No estimates — evidenced values.
