Two routes

Which way we go with you

A municipality deals with two different things — its own buildings and its residents' lives. We can do both.

A

Savings in your own buildings

Offices, schools, sports halls, care homes: audit → saving solutions → evidenced water and energy savings. Results confirmed by the client's signature.

B

A programme for residents' households

We deliver a household water-saving programme (handing out or fitting saving components) — it cuts both consumption and residents' bills, and forms part of drought mitigation. Plus a communication and marketing pack for residents.

What you are dealing with

Public-sector priorities

01

Budget

Running-cost savings without a large investment — a fast payback you can evidence to whoever runs the organisation.

02

Public tender

We help with the specification so that what gets bought is genuinely efficient and compliant.

03

Drought mitigation

Lower water use in the municipality and in households = an adaptation measure against drought.

04

Communication to residents

Ready-made materials and a campaign (modelled on Freiburg and Müllheim) to involve the public.

Plumbing survey

Material for the asset register and the renewal plan

Without an inventory, the renewal budget is planned by eye. At the “survey” level we walk the building room by room and produce a survey of the plumbing installations: what is where, what condition it is in and what has to be replaced before the rest.

The plumbing survey does not replace documentation of the building as a whole — it is technical material that fits into it and into your asset register. No law requires you to survey your buildings; it is an asset-management tool, not a duty.

What the survey contains →
Condition on a 1–6 scale
Computed from severity, intensity and extent — different auditors, and the same one years later, arrive at the same result. Comparable between buildings and between years.
Your own room numbering
We record rooms under your own labels, so the survey can be matched to records you already keep.
Export and a living record
XLSX/CSV into your asset register or building management system — and optionally access to reAUDIT management, where you deal with faults and go on recording them.
Input to the tender documents
An inventory of items and types is the basis for the specification — you tender for exactly what is actually in the buildings.

How you buy with us

Help with the tender documents

Preliminary market consultation (Art. 40 of Directive 2014/24/EU), preparation of the tender documents and evaluation of equipment — so that what gets bought is genuinely efficient.

Tender documents
Requirements for saving components plus evaluation of the savings.
Green public procurement (GPP)
We prepare material that evidences the efficiency parameter even without an ecolabel — Art. 44(2) of Directive 2014/24/EU allows for exactly that.
Life-cycle costing
Art. 68 of Directive 2014/24/EU · acquisition, operation and end of life. In life-cycle costing, a retrofit is compared with replacing the whole fitting.
Link to the waste hierarchy
Article 4 of Directive 2008/98/EC puts waste prevention at the top of the waste hierarchy, above recycling — a retrofit into a working fitting is exactly that.
How we calculate the payback

Into the tender documents we go with zero price growth

Water and sewerage charges have risen across Europe, and the spread between regions inside one country is wide — the figures for your market, with sources, are in our price overview. Even so, we put no future price growth into your calculation — the payback we evidence holds even if prices stood still for ten years. Inflating it with escalation would be in our favour and would not survive scrutiny.

We calculate from your own supplier's tariff, not from a national average. How water and heat prices moved, and where our figures come from — the price overview.
