The challenge
The healthcare facility was looking for a way to cut running costs on water and energy without interrupting operations and while maintaining hygiene standards.
The solution
We audited consumption and the state of the draw-off points, proposed suitable types of flow regulator and hygienically safe solutions, and handled supply and installation across the buildings.

Result
A water saving of −13.65 % across the buildings, confirmed by measurement. On that basis the hospital expects an annual saving on the cost of water and heating it of ≈ 22 200 € (544,679 CZK) and a payback of roughly 10 months — with no effect on operations or comfort.
Method: measured = water use across the hospital's buildings, period before/after fitting. ⚠ The percentage is measured; the amount and the payback are the hospital's own expectation stated in the signed letter, and they cover the cost of water and heating it — not water use alone.
