The buildings and the scope
The pilot covered, among others, primary school No. 28, the city hall at Kopeckého sady 11 (KS11) and the Čtyřlístek care home. The variety of operations (school, office, residential care) shows the saving carries across building types.
What is signed off: measured water use in the individual buildings, January–September 2025 against the same period of 2024. Primary school No. 28 −27.58 % (≈ 4 490 € (110,030 CZK)/year) · Čtyřlístek care home −15.78 % (≈ 19 500 € (477,365 CZK)/year, payback ~3 months) · City hall KS11 −10.64 % (≈ 730 € (17,846 CZK)/year, payback ~4 months). The total saving across all five buildings is ≈ 24 900 € (610,375 CZK) a year against a contract value of ≈ 16 700 € (408,508.10 CZK) — that is how the client's signed confirmation states it.
What is our own calculation: the combined saving of −16.44 % across the five buildings. The client's confirmation states the saving in money, not in per cent — we derived this figure from the evaluation report. We show it separately so it is clear what the client confirmed and what we calculated ourselves.
Three of the buildings have their own signed reference letter — each with a different result and a different lesson:
Čtyřlístek care home (≈ 19 500 € / year (477,365 CZK), payback ~3 months) ·
Primary school No. 28 (−27.58 % of water) ·
City hall KS11 (−10.64 %, the smallest building)
